• Ensure terminated employees are promptly removed from the Payroll system.
• Form I-9 (employment eligibility verification) data must be collected and verified within three days of hire.
• Any court-ordered garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies should be forwarded immediately to your respective Human Resources Office.
• Employees must be paid at least minimum wage and be 16 years old.
