Who are we?
The Division of Finance and Administration is a campus unit created to perform strategic financial planning for the University, and to provide assistance and resources to the campus fiscal community.
Why is this important?
We were formed based on the need to improve campus efficiency on a broad scale.
Universities across the country continue to grapple with financial difficulty, and the University of Missouri is no different. As this trend continues, it becomes harder for institutions to meet the increasingly diverse needs of student populations. This environment necessitates a department that can implement creative approaches to efficiency and act as a resource for the rest of campus.
