Institutional support

Effective July 1, 2024, the Full Costing Allocation will be replaced with an Overhead Allocation.

Institutional support is paid by major recharge operations, auxiliaries, University Hospital, and other revenue generating units for campus administrative and operational support functions provided by campus.  The expense allocation is made on a modified total direct cost (MTDC) basis on a three year rolling average, which divides the total direct cost of the operation by the total current fund expenditures of the campus.
