Safeguarding: Assessing Risk of Fraud & Error

In our changing work environment, we must be able to clearly define objectives, identify and overcome barriers, and demonstrate success.

In this course, you will learn useful tools that will help with identifying barriers and opportunities, as well as prioritizing risk.  Working in teams, you will review case studies to identify process weaknesses and risks, and find opportunities for improving operational efficiency and effectiveness’s.

Who should attend?

Anyone with fiscal responsibilities, and anyone with process ownership (program directors, faculty, department chairs, etc.)
